Shipping policy

We try to find the most appropriate shipping method based on the destination.

There are circumstances that are out of our control (like customs and security checks, natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements or delays. While most of the packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our logistic partners may experience. For this reason, we can only approximate the delivery date.
We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates and will continue to update our policy. Our fulfilment partner (Royal mail) is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders.
 

All domestic orders for standard delivery are processed within 2 to 4 business days and 1 to 3 business days for express shipping, (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Any request for handmade box cards we aim to process within this time frame, there maybe delays if we have large volume of orders. We hope that you will work with us in this case as all cards are carefully handcrafted. In the event that we are experiencing delays, we will get in touch with customers.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Calculated shipping rates apply to orders made outside the UK and US. We offer free domestic shipping on orders when you spend £30.00 or more. We calculate our shipping rates based on the price and weight of our products, as a result of these conditions, shipping rates vary.

 Local delivery

We do not offer local delivery but this can be arrange if there is a genuine need. We are based in Church Crookham Fleet, Hampshire, and would be happy to help, please get in touch with us by using our contact form, or email us at camieroseuk@outlook.com. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: [United states]. Canada, Australia, Europe. Shipping rates are calculated based on price and weight of all our products, because of these conditions, rates vary at checkout. Thank you for understanding.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number if applicable, you will be able to use this to track your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please note that not all orders will have a tracking number, this would be based on your options at checkout. In the event that there is no tracking info, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us if your estimated delivery time has passed or within days of receiving your shipping confirmation. Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at camieroseuk@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
